“Don’t be afraid – I am Autism” are people whose primary goal is to help Polish families of children on the autism spectrum and / or with ADHD living in the UK.
Our motto is: “Happy child – Happy parents”, because we know what parents struggle with every day to understand children on the autism spectrum and give them everything they need to find their place in society.
Parents often do not even realize that in this daily rush they stop thinking about their health…

We offer support for parents of children with autism and ADHD, helping them cope with daily challenges and support their children’s development.
